"If you have come to this site, trust me, look no further. In our search, I have spoken to several "professionals" who would only answer a few questions, only to end it with, "Call if you are interested." I felt as though I was bothering them and dismissed.
When I called PCS, I spoke with a gentleman named Derek. He was patient, kind, and took all the time I needed to explain our situation. He explained exactly what he could do for us and even arranged a time that was convenient for us before the Thanksgiving holiday.
I don't think 2 minutes went by before I called him back and told him he would be the one we chose.
He came early that day so I could take the time with him before I had to run out to another appointment. When I left, I felt confident that we had chosen the right person. It wasn't until he finished and presented us with a very impressive portfolio and samples that I realized he was the owner of the company, and yet, I was the one made to feel important. His professionalism and kindness will always be appreciated since customer service seems to be leaving our society.
I cannot emphasize enough to you to call Derek and experience Customer Service and Satisfaction as we have.
